how to add a download page behind login

I'm new to this vB and forums prior to using vB i had website with download page. now i want users to login to vB before they can access the download page. is this possible? can you tell me how its done.

I put this near the top of my custom pages (after the require_once statements for global.php and others):

PHP Code:

 if (!isset($vbulletin->userinfo['userid']) OR $vbulletin->userinfo['userid'] == 0)
{
        print_no_permission(); 
} 


It basically gives a person a No Permission page if they have no userid or their userid is 0.

looks like i need to convert my html page to php page. do you have a template for start and end of a php page. not sure how to enter the statement for global.php

I believe its a include statement but like vB i'm a little new to php docs.
