how do i get the register page to show the banner? currently its not displaying... its in the navbar template.

maybe you removed the header or navbar includes from the registration page.

the registration page doesn't have the navbar template it in by default, nor will simply entering $navbar in the template make it show up.
Edit the registration template in the AdminCP to make the banner appear there |

if you are editing the register template, and nothing is displaying make sure you're editing the correct themes register template, and the code you are using displays something.
