Hi how can I show under the forum description, Moderated by: <name of moderator>?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options -> Show Moderator Column

It is not enabled, I have now enabled it.

However, still non is shown. What does it take for the account to be shown as moderator for the forum?

All forum officers is usergroup of their own respective department and all is in the moderator usergroup. I tried switching between primary usergroup of the two but non is shown.

You have to assign moderators through the Forum Manager.

what if you dont want them in the column off to the left but under each forum and sub forum names?

That would require a modification to the code. You can request one through paid requests of free requests.
