Auto select hack

Ive seen on websites before where u could by a simple click of a button select the downloads.

Example:

(here's the button where it automaticly highlights and selects the text in code)

Normally u must select each download manually but with this hack u can select all downloads at once.

Anybody knows where this hack can be downloaded?
