Is there a vBulletin Options tutorial?

I was trying to write a tutorial about adding your mod's settings to the vBulletin Options section, but it's changed a fair bit since the last time I used it and I can't seem to find an explanation for some of the new options, like Blacklist. Am I missing a tutorial that's already been written?
