custom field in postbit link problem

Here is my code:

field 9 being the clan name and field 10 being the clan link. What is happening is that when input something it shows with everyone else's in the link.

Example:
my clan name and link: Deep Impact

Someone elses clan name and link(viewed by me): team HaZarD

How can i fix this?
