Some questions (again and again)

Hi,

1.I was testing PM functions and i didn't see anything to attach files like we can do on thread sand forums, is this normal? can we use the attachment function in PM too? How to do it?

2.There's a vbulletin function i can't find but i know it exists because i've seen it on many site.
I would like that the 1st post of a thread (the one from the author) appears as the 1st post on every pages of the thread, how to do it?

3.I would like to forbid users to use colors for text (only default black) but i would like that adminsitrator and super moderator and moderator can choose the coolor they want to write. How to do it?

So you said yesterday, but the thing is it's overcast here right now. And it rained yesterday. I miss my Cali sun streaming through my window!
