Hi,
I've created a paid subscription. When you pay it, you go from registered user to "premium user" become premium user allow to use the private messages and its inbox. I wanted to set the permission to subscribe to only registered users and not the other (not premium too, as far as they are premium members, it means they have already paid). So i was wondering something: When a subscription ends, the premium member become again a "simple" registered users, and so he can't use anymore the private message and the inbox BUT if for example 2 days pass after the subscription ends and the member want to become again a Premium member to have access to PM and his PMbox...will the messages in its PMbox will be saved and still in the box when he will become again a premium member? Thx |

yep because all you will be doing is denying them access to the pm function. All pms etc will be saved as they are stored in the database. So if they have access to the Pm system and then get demoted they lose it.Once upgraded again they get access and can see any pms they had before. They not be happy though about losing the basic right to the PM function so you will need to have something decent on your board to make them come back.
