Instant messaging icons and fields visible ONLY by a usergroup?

Hi,

I would like to know how i can hide all instant messaging adress (like yahoo, msn, skype etc.) that a user may enter, and make them visible ONLY to a specific group (specific group = it will be a little privilege from my paid subscrptions too)
