Problem with infractions

Well when ever I infract a member, the message to user doesn't show up in the infraction thread. It is blank and it shows the Administrative note and the original post, but for the message to user it just isn't there. It isn't quoted or anything. How can I fix this to make it show up?

You sure you have it set-up correctly to make a new thread on a forum?

I do, it worked before, then it just stopped working. weird.

Did you add any modifications or upload any new pages to your site around the time it stopped working?

I added the vS-Interactive Profiles module, how would that affect it though? That has to do with user profiles, no messaging really.

Disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Do you still have the same problem?
