i want to take the Statistics of my forum and put them above the forums how can i do it??

Well you can include the stats tracker (preferably in JavaScript format) in the header or headerinclude templates.... you can use Google Analytics...

I have a personal tracker program....I have it inserted in the headerinclude template since some templates don't use a header (e.g. Showpost) and it tracks quite accurately.
