Default Need help learning mod install
Is there like a "beginner" area to learn how to install modifications? I have posted an installation problem in the Mods board regarding installing membermaps. I have it 1/2 installed and I can't get maps/geos and things to show in admin/cp. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...19#post1465419

But, I am yet to get a reply that helps. I am sure that it is user error, but I have to start somewhere to learn.

No, there isn't, sorry. It's very easy to install most mods here, you sometimes just simple import a product.

Replies can take a while. Don't forget that some people only check the boards once a day or once every couple of days or whatever. So, you really can't expect an instant response.

I guess it wouldn't be so frustrating if I haven't gotten 1/2 the way thru. I have never hacked a VB, so I was proud of that.
I know it takes awhile, I started asking for help with this specific problem about 18 hours ago. I guess I'll just remove it and be done with it.
hate not figuring something out.
But, hey....thanks anyway!

Don't worry, Mark. We have all been where you are and had frustrations in installing a modifcation.

And Bob, I actually 'live' here just to learn. The more I read, the more it helps when I go to mod my own forum and run into a problem!
