how much work is involved in changing an IPB skin to vB and how much might it cost?

Depending on the coder it self. It could be from 300+

I would reccomend asking around vBulletin designers/skinners and getting a quote and also looking at the quality of their portfolio. The cost will vary depending on the complexity of the IPB skin.

i personally would charge 250 to 500 for a IPB skin redesigned to vB... because there is a LOAD of differences between both, and it would take my time changing the elements...
