Need to Display A PDF File etc

Hoping someone can help me out.

What I need to do is to display a PDF or similar file from my forums.
The files may be up to 200 mbs each (displaying car manuals), I don't want peaople to be able to dowload them, just view them

I just can't work out what path I should be looking at todo this

I'm not sure if I need another program etc todo it or whether it is quite simple for Vbulletin to do it.

Any help/Advice greatly appreciated
