Request: Simplify Registration Process!

Dear support team,

Once again a million thanks for all the support you are providing. Here I am with a request to simplify the registration process for members of our site.

Could you please mention the code to be tagged to disable reentering of password and email.

ie; user needs to enter both info once.

also would like the password field viewable while registration (ie; no start but what the user type itself is shown). this is just to confirm himself with what he is typing since he is not reentering it.

I hopefully wait for valuable word of support..
