How do you integrate login processes with vbulletin and main site?

I have a login function on my main site that already has members so I want to integrate the login process so that they can also use the vbulletin forum without having to re-register. How can I do this?

I'm completely new to this software and do not understand any complex computer language at all. If anybody could explain what I need to do in simple terms that would be hugely appreciated. Please help, so frustrating!

If somebody is prepared to physically do it for me I am willing to pay them, I am completely lost with all this and just want it over and done with
