Looking to highlight posts made by staff members

I think I saw this mod here once, not sure. Looking for a mod / piece of code that changes the postbit header's border (e.g. where the avatar / user name is located) or the whole postbit border to accentuate that it was made by a staff member. I know I've seen it before, just can't remember where.
