How Make Style Default

For example, I would like to make it so that all the users on my board have their style changed to a christmas-related style rather than the standard one just for this period and then revert it back to the old one afterwards. Is there any way of doing this?

On another note - is there any way of making it so that each edit you make does it to all the templates you have? For example, if you are installing a new mod is it necessary to do it three times?

Nope, not that i know of, you should always do your defalt first then move on to the other skin you may want to use for your forums.
