LolZ I m sorry about my bad english.

I m running a website. i have vbulletin lisenced software installed in it. But now i want to make it a torrent friendly site like desi torrent.com or bwtorrent.com. Which all things i need? Where do i get the needed things from? Do i have to pay something else for that? Is it safe to install such things.

You do NOT need a bunch of money in order to install a torrent mod on your site! Google VBTT or XBTT or go to filesoup and you will see a bunch of people talking about trackers and the different modifications you may use to integrate it with vbulletin. There are a couple of people who sell the modifications for approximately $100 (USD, I think).
