Erase public_htm

Yap I know .. WFT St*** guy ..

It's my first time with vBulletin and also in this forum .. I'm a newbie and can't found any thread realted now .. maybe due to my frustration and sad ..

Was my fault and create a ftp user un my server, was provisional and give to this user public path .. to have a access a specific resource ..

after that I proceed and erase the user .. yes .. the cpanerl erase also the public path and ini my forum ..

I upload all back again .. and looks at same, but haven't the admincp folder and sure the index.php inside for the administration ..

I can install all back again and keep the user and the forum structure as I have right now ?

Or it's better upload the admincp folder and done .. where I can foud this folder ?

Any asvice it's higly apreciated ..
