CSS Layout & HTML Help Please

Hi everyone I am currently trying to redo my site to get rid of the frames, and replace them with CSS.

Current site: www.mlptp.net

Here is what I am doing

Im using the split CSS columns to mimic the frames.

Question is, how can I get the VBulletin forum in that right pane so that left navigation is fixed.

If I click on navigation I am taken to a new window, is there a way to do this like it was with the frames?

I tried target _self, but forum still wants to open in a new page...

any idea what I can do?
