Reputation Hack?

Okay, so I got my forum all set up and it seems to be working well (still need to finish the skin though), but I am stumped on reputation. I am on a horse board that uses vBulletin and I would really like to use their reputation set up, but I can't figure out where to edit it! I mean, I found the area where you can set different names and posts, but what about the little icons?

My community only shows the green bars, even when I set the admin reputation points way beyond the highest level.
