Well i was looking at stuff and "Updated Default Templates" and it says

So are those people like editing stuff on my site??

And one day my admin index was all messed up and the next day it was fixed?? idk

that's just telling you what version of the template edit you're using.

It shows their name because they're the one who updated the template in the package.
