Hey Guys my friend is currently studying medicine at the university of pretoria(South Africa), so we build the site www.medshare101.com, its a medical student portal created with Joomla and intergrated with Vbulletin.The Main feature will be the file sharing for students with tips, class notes and tests(obviosly we still need to get patent law on them).Theres a flash chatroom.

Universities will also be able to post their info, costs,location, etc etc
Calendar and events for charity events, etc and links


I still have to set up the terms of service and copywrite laws, any help would be appreciated if possible

We also had a meeting with the Vice Dean of the Medical University of South Africa(Medunsa) and they are so impressed that they want to move all their content(giving us patent right over it) and students through our site(meaning only work through us)
We will also have 5 proffs blogging each day, so that students can get a feel of the real world after their studies

3 Doctors that will be willing to blog, and the Dean, vice Dean are very excited about this, there are several heads of certain catagories that are also very interested in helping the Site out

Advertizing
Sanofi Aventis(3rd Largest Pharmacutical Company in Europe) will be advertizing starting on the 1st of oktober 2007

Components used:Ijoomla-Magazine(not set up), Docman file transfer, Vbulletin Forum, SOBI2, and much more

I would like to know from you guys what SEO component would be best?

PS:site is still in its infancy, still need the logo up, a skin for vbulletin and the laws

Please if you think there are any improvement that could be done please suggest them

It's pretty hard to judge an empty forum that's does not have the same look and feel as the rest of the site. I know this is work in process, but maybe it's best to fully integrate design and fill up the forum first, before asking for a review.
