query problem

i have this in my file:

when i open the file in browser i get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function query_read() on a non-object in /var/www/forum/musikcp.php on line 54

line 54 is the 2. query
when i comment this part out, everything is ok
i don't understand whats wrong
