An admin getting permission errors

I could really use some help here please. One of our co admins is recieving fuction and permission errors.

She will log in and then click on a forum and it will make her log in again. It then will not allow her to use the quick reply or leave rep and she will recieve this error message when she does: "You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again."

We recently upgraded from V-bull 3.6.5 to 3.6.8 and this is when our admin started having this issue???? At this point we do not know of anyone else have this issue and we are clueless as to what could be going on, any suggestions?

Update... more issues she is having include her private message info not showing up in the upper right hand corner and the shout box we have installed only shows as loading to her.

Anyone???
