I was using my admincp and I refreshed the page and it turned into a blank white page. I can't access my admincp and neither can any of my admins. I have no clue what's wrong. Can anyone help me? This is a serious problem. I'm able to access modcp but not admincp.

Insert the following on its own line in your includes/config.php file:
Code:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); |

Download a fresh copy of vBulletin from the Member's Area and overwrite your admincp directory.

Guess that might be my only option. Thanx for your help Kirby.
Guess I'll have to re-import all my products now ![]() OMG, my addons aren't showing up anymore (Mood settings, vistors over the last 24 hours, legend, credits, items in my ishop etc.)! I can't access like have my sections. I contacted the vbulletin.com staff before I made this thread. Are they the ones messing around with my site or have I been hacked? |

No, just remove that line I had you add in your config.php file, that will re-enable all your Products. If it was a Product that caused the issue, that would have fixed it -- and as it didn't you can safely say your Products are not responsible.
PS. My name is Kirk. ![]() |

Oh, I'm so sorry. Didn't even realize I wrote Kirby instead of Kirk. Thanx, I was really scared. Thought my site somehow got hacked (We've been getting threads from a former user about site hacking)

No, that line I had you add disables all the Plugins currently installed so we could eliminate them being the cause.
Did you try replacing your admincp directory with a fresh one? |

No, not yet. I was waiting to hear from the vbulletin.com support staff first before I reinstalled admincp. They have my info so they can access my files and see if it's something stupid on my part that caused this. If they can't find anything then I'll reinstall a fresh admincp and I guess have to re-import all the products I installed.

You won't need to re-import your products if you replace your admincp directory. All your board's information is stored in your mySQL database.
But 99% of the time, they'll just tell you to upload fresh files. ![]() |
