Default Making usergroups and assigning access to specific boards..

How would you go about allowing a usergroup to have post editing privlidges on a specific forum?

We have 5 Member Groups or whatever.

Junior Admins are supposed to have the ability to edit their own posts, but NOT be able to edit anyone elses post. They are able to delete their own posts, but can't delete anyone elses in any one forum/board. There are more little things I can explain about this group if you want, which I can't seem to figure out.

Senior Admins can delete any post/thread and can edit any post in all forums/board. I can list some more here as well if you need.

And so on...

Also, is there an easier way to assign board view permissions to each usergroup?

I thought this would be a lot easier than SMF, but turns out to be a little bit more complicated. I must admit though, other than these little things that I can't get customized right, this forum does rock.

Also, the recycle bin, is there a way to make it so anytime anyone deletes a post/thread, it gets moved to the recycle bin automatically, other than how you have the "recycle bin hack" where it adds another option... "Move to Recycle"

i am considering that u had made a diff usergroups like junior admins,, senioradmins, mod etc etc.....

for permissions like....edit own posts and delete own postss........

go to administrator control panel....>..usergroups..>..usergroup manager...>

then edit the usergroup u want to give permissions like these.... try and u will found it alll... its easy...

and if u want that a particular user can delete or edit posts in a particular form only and not in al... just go to the admincp panel ...> forum manager > select the forum where u want to add a user with certain powers ... on the right most side there will be a small wondow click on that , , and click on the add moderator option... gv the permissions u want ,,, and done hope u will get all this... keep enjoying...

Does that include giving and taking away the ability to edit other peoples posts'?

Cuz that is something I can't find anywhere. All I can find the "Edit own posts" option.

Same thing for editing.
