Multiple Account Registration Prevention - Major Problems

Ok I Got The AE Detection

Using the cookies for AE Detector, this will prevent a user from registering if multiple accounts are detected.

Yada Yada

Why Is It Detecting People I Know Are Not The Same People And Live About 5 States Away?

I Even Tried Renameing The Cookie

But Yet People Are Still Being Detected

And I Know For A Fact That Some Of The People Being Detected Are Not The Same People

Dose Any One Have Any Suggestions?

EDIT: And Yes Im Useing The Newest Version Of The Product
And
Im Useing vB Version 3.6.7 PL1
