Hi,
I created new usergruop. I locked post new threads/posts, but unlocked view all forums.
I want automatically to give this group for all searcher's bots (e.g. Google).
Can I do it?

bots are the same as guests

no real need for another usergroup

If a bot tried to post a new thread, it get's the login screen so can't go any further.

In IP.Board it's possible.
I must only edit one file (inc/class_session.php) and edit ID of default group for bots:

It's really impossible for vB?

This would quickly be considere cloaking by SE's and could get your site removed.
