NAVBAR - vB Integration _Thrid Party.hpl

I paid for an IM/PHP Script and Downloaded a 'Cheats Db' script for my Forum which is about Games...
My question is:

How can I integrate this 2 features to the navbar via link? There's a method to do so? To Add a third-party script to the navbar?

Thanks! but can you give me an example please? since the Coder is strange to vB, he works mostly with phpbb

Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Click the '<<>>' next to your style > Navbar / Breadcrumb Templates > navbar > It's all HTML from there .
