Pretty fantastic really.

Is that shared hosting or are you on your own server?

if it's shared, you;re doing *especially* well.

Yeah, it is shared, does repairing and optimizing tables 2 or 3 times per day help as thats what I do.

You shouldn't need to do it that often, and it is unlikely to have any noticeable effect on server load. the load is more likely to be affected by other people on your server, as that figure is for the WHOLE server, not just your site.

Who are you hosted with, out of interest? Although I'm not looking for a host, I know others often are, so if yours is good other people may liek to give them a try.

Nope, that's completely unnecessary and will make no difference to server load .

i suppose you repair and optimize your tables because you've found that they were not optimized in your phpMyAdmin... most of the people who do that are making it because they think it will help... but that's no use... each time a new entry is made in a table, it leaves a trace, making the table to be more or less clean... that's why the system identify them as not-optimised... the next entry in that table always fix the problem... and the next one is giving the same kind of detail... so it is pointless, until your server stuck...
