Trying to add new template... not working.

I'm in style manager, and I'm clicking on template options, add new template, and the page goes to load up what I'm guessing is the new template screen, but it just hangs.

I've tried Firefox and IE, no go.

Any ideas?

Just tried adding a template for another style, and it loads fine. Would would be preventing one of my styles from accepting new templates?
