Can I display server time in postbit rather than user selected time?

Is there a template variable that will allow me to display the server time a post was made in postbit, instead of the user selected timezone?

If thats not possible could you some how call on the UTC recorded time from the database (is there a template variable for this?) and modify it within the template file (through php?) to a certain timezone and display that in postbit? I don't really know all that much about php.

Essentially what I want to do is force one forum only to override the user selected timezone to the timezone I want them to see.
