Birthday Problem

I want to be able to make it so that users birthdays can be any date. I want them to be able to say they were born in 1875 if they want. Is there anyway to disable that security measure?

If you have to edit code, I am sure it's a very small line of code, so if you know where I should look please tell me. Would it be in registar.php? The problem is I can't even edit it in AdminCP .. so I don't think it'd be in there.

Any ideas?
