What did I mess up?

I was in the navbar template, adding the script for the additional navbar, and I messed something up I'm assuming. I got the double navbar to work, then I switched around some of the links from the bottom bar to the top bar to even things out.

If someone could go to my site and see what I screwed up I would greatly appreciate it. The login box is now off set somehow.

This is the script I believe the error is in. Can anyone help get this straightened back out for me?

Also, I just noticed that on the bottom of the page, in the What's Going On section, all of the text is now center, instead of lined up to the left like it should be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's because you don't have the same number of <td>'s.

Find:

<td><input type="submit" class="button" value="$vbphrase[log_in]" tabindex="104" title="$vbphrase[enter_username_to_login_or_register]" accesskey="s" /></td>

After Add:

<td>&nbsp;</td>
