I have the latest version of vBulletin. Is there a way to instantly ban, move to moderate or keep someone from posting if they put USA in the location field when signing up? Every spammer I get has USA for location. If I could ban by that, I'd wipe out 99% of the spammers real easy.

Can it be done?

Use a promotion scheme. IE. User registers picks USA for location gets promoted to banned user group?
