I know there is a way to do this, as the http://forum.doom9.org has something like this.

Unfortunately after searching the vbulletin.org forums intensively I haven't found this hack/mod anywhere. If anyone could give the name or a link it would be much appreciated.

, I forgot this doesn't require a hack but can be handled through the promotion system.
