Sorry if this is a repost, i couldn't find a post about this specific issue.

I have a user who suddenly is having his posts be moderated, for no reason i can determine. Also, they can not send or recieve PMs. There is no option to send them a PM on their userpage. When i check them in the admin panel, it says they have "receive PMs" set to true. I'm very confused here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you check their usergroups? The usergroup PM setting can override the usercp one. Also, did you check that this persisted with all mods disabled? It's okay if it's due to a mod, but first it'd help to know which one.

The usergroup thing was it, which is really weird, i'm almost positive it wasn't that way before. Thanks for giving me the lowdown on what the obvious stuff to check first is in issues like this.
