Trying to add Ignore user to postbit

I want to add a button on the postbit next to the Edit and Quote to Ignore that user. Many battles will never start if some of my users were more aware to the ignore feature.

what do I have to do to make that happen? I had added it already to the popup menu but I want it more IN YOUR FACE and i am not sure what to do.

I am using 3.7.0 Beta 4
