Default XBOX 360 HDMI support?

Any word regarding XBOX 360 supporting HDMI?

I'm betting that Microsoft will come out with another XBOX 360 version within the next 1.5 years. What do you think?

They need another version that supports HDMI and hopefully with an internal HD/DVD player. Prices will drop on these parts which will allow Microsoft to integrate with XBOX 360. They will ultimately drop the Core Package.

my wish

There are rumors that we could see a revision of the xbox 360 in the states as early as this year.

My wish; Cheaper, Larger HDDs. 20 gigs is simply not enough these days, and certainly not worth what they want us to pay for it!

Since I just bought one for the kids this Christmas we are now absolutely guaranteed to see the release of the new far better version that makes mine seem puney and worthless any minute now.

I heard you can hook up an external HD via the USB port and gain extra space

Yeah good question. Altho, my XBOX360 setup is pretty pImP:

Xbox360 w/ HD DVD hooked up to my 62" Samsung HDTV and running through my Sony system. Looks great. I dunno how better HDMI would be tho.

xbox hdmi support lol - they need to get some decent games on the system first

only 2 i play are burnout revenge (awesome game) and lost planet.
The rest of the games are either port overs or just to trashie to even bother playing.

gears of war is an awesome game - cant believe i never mentioned it in above thread but u gotta admit not a lot of good games available. Is the odd few but its picking out the gems from the trash that works out expensive.

Example - take sonic hedgehog what a pile of garbage this was and i brought it for the kid thinking it would be like the other sonic games but the kid played it for about 30 mins and said did`nt like it and has never touched it again.

Just about every Sonic game made after the good old 16-bit era is crap and not worth buying. I've learned to avoid them over the years although I did get Sonic Adventure 2 for the dreamcast and did manage to finish it. The only part I enjoyed in that game were the Sonic/Shadow 'speed' stages and the only reason I finished the game is so I could play them.

They've ruined Sonic with all the additions to the cast over the years, the story line, and the fact that more than half the stages in the game are based around finding certain hidden items or walking through a stage with a robot and shooting anything that comes your way. In other words the games are boring and the story is not worth sitting through, Sonic was much better off before he could talk...although in my youth I did enjoy his saturday morning cartoon.
