Set minimum age to 18+

The search didn't gave me the results i was looking for.
so i try it this way.

The age of registering to our board has to be 18+
we integrated the hack but that doesn't look to good on our board. first this, than the other

we just want 1 field for filling in your age.
now we have 2 and in the second one you can fill in whatever you want.

i read that you have to edit some code, but where & what?
