Default Hide catagory strips on nav/breadcrum?
How would I hide catagory strip forums on navigation/breadcrum?

so if my forum was like

index
---catagory strip forum
---forum 1
---catagory strip forum 2
---forum 2

And I want the nav/breadcrum to be like

Index > Forum 1 > Forum 2

How would I do it?
