Where does the thread title call?

Where can I find where the title to a thread is called when the thread is being made?

New Posting Templates >> newthread??

But what call is made when taking the title that a user has typed in and making it the official title for the thread?

I hope I'm explaining this in a manner that is understandable.

Found the solution to my issue.

Was able to find the title call in the mod I was working with.

This thread can be deleted if desired by the mods.
