Add Currently Active Users to homepage!

I want to have this small forum statistic in my homepage outside the forum.
Like this:

* Currently Active Users: 8 (0 guests)

* Threads: 8,000
* Posts: 80,000
* Members: 800

* Welcome to our newest member, newmember

Is this possible somehow?...
