Thinking of starting a whole new forum

Ok so basicly i just wrote a huuuge thing and my window closed...so its gonna be short...omfg...

ok i wna make a new forum cause my old forum is crap...my friends wont beable to talk to me because its not about general stuff i want it to be about gaming and design. Ive been interested in this for ages. How and why would people register to a non general forum with no posts. They would only come for help? wouldnt they? there are no posts? Is there a point...my forum in unactive with nearly no members and i wanna make an active good forum but i danno if i should do this cause it might not work out. is games and designing stuff a good forum? What should the domain name be? Wouldnt i have to post so many topics and stuff alone before anyone would MAYBE register?
