Best mod for Admin viewing pm's?

I see plenty of older stuff, but is there a good simple to install and use mod for Amin viewing of PM's for 3.6.4?

I want to stop members who come to spam the baord by trying to lure members to their competing sight, but I will put a proper statement in the TOS so they know it is not completely private.
