dear all

i've installed recently a hack in my forum to add speech from the users I don't know what does it mean in english but we call it ehdaa ...a marquee talk so users can make comments...
it allows every user to add comment each 15 minutes and just 3 comments by day...

how can i increase this these numbers? where can i find the sentences i need to change? or the numbers i need to increase?

the hack is in the attachments
