How does vbulletin.org forum have it so that the user name shows on the left-side of the post?

Mine shows the user name and user info right above the post that a user posts.

Can anyone help me?

It's called Legacy Postbit. Activate it by;
vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > Set to 'Yes'
