Is there a free or buyable shopping cart mod for vbulletin?

I need this to sell non-tangible goods using paypal. I also need this script to send the user a link to the donload file after purchase is complete.

Soon I'll finish one that I'm developing for my own use, but please note it will be targeting to non-tagible products (only for downloadable products) as I want to keep it small avoiding shipping calculations etc etc.
But from the other side it should be feature rich with special offers, product quantity discounts and many other.
